Overview: As a restaurant manager, you need to check and correct, if necessary, the quantities of products listed in the previously generated inventory, so that you can then update the stock with accurate values. This guide takes you through the process.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
- Select the Stock > Inventories tabs.
- Select the inventory generated and currently in progress in the calendar. The day is yellow in the calendar.
The list of products in stock on the inventory data appears on the screen.
Products are organized in alphabetical order within storage areas. This matches the organization of your products in the Stock screen.
It's possible for several people to work on the inventory, from different computers, tablets or mobiles, as long as you're doing different Jobs on different storage areas.
- Make corrections by changing the quantities in the box if necessary.
When you modify a quantity, a deviation from the theoretical quantity (the quantity saved in stock) is viewed.
- Modify the product storage area by selecting its name.
- If necessary, add a product that doesn't appear in the list by selecting + Add a product.
- Save your changes by selecting Save in the top center of the screen that appears the first time you edit an item.
- Once the inventory is complete, close it by selecting Close inventory.
Closing the inventory is very important.
It's at closing time that the application makes any corrections to your stock. The movements appear, under the name "inventory adjustment", in the detail of stock movements available by clicking on the small eye opposite a product in the stock.
