Overview: The dashboards in the Management screen allow managers to analyse their expenses and gross margin. This tool provides information on a restaurant's financial health, helping managers make informed decisions to optimise operations.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
Navigate to Management > Management in the Easilys menu.
Select the time period you wish to analyze by defining a start and end date.
Review the displayed analyses.
The Sales Ratio pie chart shows your costs, consumption, and margin relative to your sales.
The Analysis by Ticket pie chart allows you to see your average ticket, the amount of charges per ticket, the amount of purchases per ticket, and the margin generated per ticket.
The Cost Breakdown pie chart allows you to visualise your expenses compared to your consumption, identify the most expensive items, and optimise your costs.
The right-hand panel details the amounts of sales, consumption, and costs for the selected period and shows the overall margin.
