Overview: As a shipment manager, Easilys allows you to review and manage shipment comments for all sites in your hierarchy, ensuring clear communication between teams and with customers. You can update shipment comments for a single site or multiple sites simultaneously for increased efficiency and safety.
Start from: The Easilys menu.
- Navigate to Shipment > Shipment settings.
The shipment settings screen displays a table with comments for all the sites you have access to. Sites are shown hierarchically, making it easier to manage relationships between parent and child sites.
Configure: This option allows you to change the order of columns, make them visible or hidden, and pin them.
Filter: Refine results by site status, type, or selected items only.
Search (magnifying glass): Opens a text bar to help you search for sites by name.
Modifying comments for a single site
- Select the site name from the hierarchy.
- In the right-hand Site sheet panel, select and modify the required comment in the provided fields:
- Internal Comments: This field allows you to input valuable information for your teams but is not intended for customer-facing documents. For instance, these comments might appear on allocation slips.
- Customer Delivery Note Comments: This field is for information that will be visible to customers.
- Select Save to confirm your changes.
Modifying comments for multiple sites
- Select the checkboxes next to the desired sites in the hierarchy.
Notes: Selecting a parent site will automatically include all its child sites. You can deselect child sites if necessary.
- In the right-hand panel, select the comment section you wish to edit (Headings); it can be an Internal Comment or a Customer Delivery Note Comment.
- Modify the comment.
- Select Save to apply changes across all selected sites.
