Overview: Competencies are quick recordable tasks that help learners understand the practical aspects of their role while also allowing managers to assess and record the learner's abilities. Each Competency can be assigned depending on a particular job title or job role and managers can allocate them using their company training structures or individually as required. Managers can rate how well the learners have understood the competency, mark it as complete once it is accomplished and then generate reports to show which competencies learners have achieved which will help them to plan out suitable candidates for progression.

  • Find Competencies on the Configure screen.
  • Select View   to open the Competencies page.
