Overview: The Workforce application allows personnel managers to maintain a clear record of shift personnel, incidents, time worked, and other work team-related management. Access to this application is of great importance to ensure optimal staff management.

Start from: App Store, Google Play, or the Huawei App Gallery.  

  • Download the Workforce App on your mobile device.

  • When the application is opened, the login screen will be displayed.

  • Enter the email address and password of the Workforce user and select the Login button.

Notes: Fingerprint can also be used if your device supports it (the first time you will have to enter your credentials).

Once the user has successfully authenticated, the Workforce application control panel will be displayed with cards for the functionalities to which the user has access. By default, the visible cards are:

  • Shift Personnel: This card shows the differences between the number of employees with a projected shift at the time the board is displayed and the number of them who have clocked in and are currently at the center.

  • Shifts: The Shifts card shows the current week's shifts of all the centers to which you have access. We can see how many shifts are pending completion, or which ones are set as completed, reviewed or closed.

  • Absenteeism incidents: In the absenteeism incidents tab, the user can see, for the centers to which he/she has access, the number of employees who are working, on vacation, on sick leave or on leave due to any other type of incident.

In the same way, the user will be able to access the central menu of the application by selecting the Workforce icon visible on the home screen.

When accessing the menu, the user will be able to:

  • Navigate through all areas of the Workforce App.

  • Log out by selecting the Exit menu option.

  • If you are a multi-operator user, change operator.
