Views:
Overview: store managers will need to be able to view their location’s waste history to monitor and manage waste effectively.
Start from: the Compliance overview page.
  • Select the location for which you wish to see the Waste history.
  • Select Overview form the main menu.

You should be able to see a section names Waste management showing a number of total waste in grams per guest and a indicator of whether this is more or less than your average.
  • Select Go to waste management to view further details:
    • Food waste 
    • Number of guests  
    • Average food waste in g/guest  
    • Cost equivalent 
    • CO2 equivalent for total amount of food waste

  • Sort this information by selecting the date range dropdown on the header of the table.
