  • "Daily withdrawal [Sortie journalière]": This is a withdrawal linked to meal production. This movement will count towards the food cost price (FCP).
  • "Adjustment withdrawal [Sortie de Régularisation]": This is a correction movement. It's used in the event of a mistake, an oversight or a problem such as a freezer breakdown.

Notes: Removal will still have an effect on the FCP calculation, since it reduces the total initial or final inventory, which is used to calculate the change in inventory and therefore gross consumption for the day.

  • "Additional withdrawals" and "Exceptional withdrawals" [Sortie annexe | Sortie exceptionnelle]: Additional or exceptional withdrawals are not included in the calculation of the food cost price (FCP).
  • Find out which department is responsible for this withdrawal. (Optional, to obtain the food cost price per service).

  • Add a comment if necessary.

  • Select Validate

Manage withdrawals with an exit voucher

The EXIT VOUCHERS screen allows you to generate exit vouchers in advance, in which you list the products to be issued for a specific date and department.

On the day of issue, you can validate the issue slip and all issues are automatically carried out by Easilys in your stock.

Manage stock withdrawals linked to menus from the stock removal screen

The STOCK REMOVAL screen enables Easilys to propose the list of products to be issued in relation to the menus you have set up on the "Menus" screen.

Easilys consults the recipes and the number of employees per dish to propose this list.

With a single click, you can validate the list and Easilys will automatically issue your stock

As mentioned above, using this method requires you to manage your menus on Easilys.
