Overview: Reputation allows venue managers to manage users so they can ensure the right team members have access to the tools they need to monitor, respond, and improve the venue’s service quality.
Start from: The Reputation module.
- Navigate to Configuration > Users.
To learn how to create a user, see Create users in Reputation.
- When hovering over the user field, an icon appears with the option to Edit.
- Select the Edit option.
- The following window allows you to change the user role and assign the different centres to the selected user.
