Overview: Workforce allows managers to view and offer vacant shifts through the ShiftFinder functionality. In this way, available shifts that need to be filled can be quickly identified in the scheduler.

ShiftFinder is a Workforce feature that allows you to offer vacant shifts to employees based on certain criteria. These shift proposals can be created using the Workforce App or the Workforce desktop application.

When a candidate accepts the proposal, it is transformed into a shift that can be viewed in the scheduler, just like the ones created regularly.

From the scheduler, you can differentiate whether a shift has been regularly planned or if it is the result of a ShiftFinder proposal with the presence of the👆 icon. This icon is only visible in the shifts generated through ShiftFinder.
