Overview: As teams develop, you can create and edit appraisal templates for specific appraisal types. Any newly assigned appraisal will be created from one of these types. This ensures that your Flow Learning Management system remains relevant and your teams receive consistent appraisals.
Start from: The Flow Learning Dashboard.
- Select Learning & Development > L&D Settings.
- Find Appraisals on the Configure screen.
- Select View to open the Appraisals page.
The Appraisals page in L&D Settings shows all appraisals types which have been created in the company. Any of these which are enabled can be selected for use when assigning new appraisals.
- Scroll through the list of existing appraisals OR select Search to find the template you require.
- Select the template you want to edit.
- Select a section to edit it. Full details on each section are available in separate articles:
- Step 1 - Details (see Create Appraisal forms, and Sign off settings).
- Step 2 - Questions (see Categories, and Questions).
- Step 3 - Goals (see Goals - coming soon).
- Step 4 - Action Plan (see Action plans).
Note: The numbering of the steps may change depending on what is selected.
- Make changes to the sections by editing, adding or deleting the information you require. for more details on each step refer to the links above.
- Select from within any of the steps, to make more detailed edits using the content editor if required.
- Select Save to save your changes. A pop up will ask to confirm that you want to save.
Note: If you leave the form at any stage without selecting Save, any changes you have made will be lost.
- Select Preview to review all your edits as a learner will see them in Mapal One, in a new browser tab.
Note: You have to be signed in to the Mapal One learner's portal in order to see the preview. Return to the previous tab when you have finished reviewing the preview.
- Select Search to find and edit further appraisal templates if required.
